CINCINNATI -- The Philadelphia Phillies are moving Chan Ho Park to their bullpen in an attempt to shake up their struggling rotation.
Park is 1-1 with a 7.08 ERA in seven starts and one relief appearance this season. He was primarily a reliever for the Los Angeles Dodgers last season,
a transition that he found difficult.
Phillies manager Charlie Manuel plans to start left-hander J.A. Happ in Park's place Saturday against the New York Yankees. Happ has made five
career starts for the Phillies and was pitching out of the bullpen this season.
Philadelphia's rotation has a 6.35 ERA this season, worst in the National League.
